How to build a Trivia to challenge and educate your audiences

Trivias are a great way to challenge and educate your audiences. Follow these simple steps to create your own trivia.

Step 1: First, decide whether you want your trivia to be in list or slideshow layout.

In a list layout , the questions are arranged vertically on a single page. After audiences have guessed the answers to your questions, they can click“reveal” to  find out more about the answer.

In slideshow view, users slide through the questions horizontally, so there’s no “reveal” function.

Step 2: Start writing your questions - a trivia experience can be as short as a single question or as long as 100 questions! It’s always best to use a combination of text and image-based answers to keep it interesting.

Pro Tip! If you write a long trivia, make sure that is made explicit in the title or introduction to the. If your user knows they are answering 50 questions when they begin interacting, they're less likely to drop off half-way through.

Step 3: Indicate which of the answer(s) is correct by clicking on the ‘Correct’ tick icon.

Step 4: Add end cards to congratulate your audiences on their performance - or commiserate on their bad score!
